In his personal life David is a very big family man, married to his high school sweetheart for over 33 years. He has two daughters that graduated from UC Berkley, one of which works at Facebook and the other Oculus. He also has a one son, who he enjoys running Spartan Races together on the weekends. David is also lifelong local sports fan, where you can catch him throughout the season at SF Giants and Golden State Warriors games.

Nick Amani serves as VP. SR Loan Officer and managing partner at A Good Lender located in prestigious Pleasanton, CA. Nick has been in the mortgage Industry for 17 years. Starting as a young and motivated mortgage loan officer, he has made himself familiar with all aspects of the industry. His hard work and enthusiasm speak for itself. Nick has been a top-producing loan officer for many retail and wholesale lenders in the Bay Area and beyond during his career. Emraan Azimi serves as the Marketing Director for the David Azimi Group. Currently Emraan is a 3rd year student studying Civil Engineering at Santa Clara University with a main focus of Structural/Infrastructure related Engineering.

The level of dedication and determination Emraan has in his education and business aspects ties into his past having played soccer for the 12 years at club and Varsity level competition at James Logan.His level of people skills and his desire to help anyone is what makes Emraan a standout in any aspect of life. He always finds a way to get the job, while maintaining a level of responsibility, respect, and intelligence that transcends onto his work.

During his free time Emraan loves to play and watch both Basketball and Soccer as well as taking his Air-cooled 911 for long canyon drives.

Emraan’s motto is always, “Never settle, always strive,” and being the young man that he is, starting out in this position, his ultimate goal is to be the youngest ever to become a multibillionaire.

We have few problems during a transaction as we do most of the work on the borrower upfront. I am consistently one of the top producers in my region, we close more so we can do more. I have a full-time Loan Officer Assistant and Processor that works only on my transactions making your escrow a priority.

I am a member of the Costa Mesa Chamber of Commerce, was named a Top Mortgage Professional in Orange County in 2020 by Orange Coast Magazine, earned the designation of Certified Mortgage Advisor™, I have a bachelors degree from Indiana University and am currently studying for my MBA at University of Southern California.

Chris moved to California that same year to start his lending career.
